Overview
The project coaching program is aimed at supporting Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts project leaders systematically in executing the DMAIC projects at their workplace and achieving the targeted results. This program is tailored to help the project leaders overcome the challenges they face in their projects by gaining control of the project, building a better relationship with their project stakeholders, and demonstrating their value by delivering a successful project to their respective organizations.

How the project coaching program being conducted?
The Project Coaching Program is conducted primarily in a virtual format to provide flexibility and accommodate participants’ schedules. However, on-site visits can be arranged upon the client’s request for added hands-on support and face-to-face guidance when needed.
The program includes 10 structured coaching sessions, with two sessions dedicated to each phase of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). These sessions are strategically organized to ensure that project leaders receive continuous support and real-time feedback at every critical point in their project journey.
Through a systematic phase-by-phase approach, the Project Coaching Program ensures that participants are not only well-equipped to execute their Lean Six Sigma projects successfully but also capable of driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable results that benefit their organizations. This coaching model fosters growth, builds problem-solving skills, and strengthens the project leader’s ability to lead impactful projects with confidence and precision.
